Delivery Information

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you have not received your order after five working days please contact helen@crimsonpink.co.uk.

All orders will be securely packaged. In the event of a parcel being "lost in the post", please bear with me and I will try my best to sort it out. Royal Mail normally request 25 days to determine a parcel "officially lost". If after this period your shoe clips have not turned up I will either make you another pair of shoe clips or refund you.

I can not be responsible for sending a parcel to the wrong address, please make sure that your address is correct on your order form.
