Delivery Information

Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. Normally this means you will get your shoe clips the next working day. However, Royal Mail advise that first class post may take up to three days. My last post is at 17:30 GMT. Providing I receive an order by 17:00 I will try my best to post it that evening.

I can only accept "special delivery guaranteed by 1pm" for orders placed on Monday - Thursday before 2pm. If you place an order outside these times I will send your shoe clips standard first class and refund you the difference in the postage costs.

All bespoke orders will be sent out "Tracked and Signed for" at the additional cost.

All orders will be securely packaged. In the unlikely event of a parcel being "lost in the post", please bare with me and I will try my best to sort it out. Royal Mail normally request 25 days to determine a parcel "officially lost". If after this period your shoe clips have not turned up I will either make you another pair of shoe clips or refund you.

I can not be responsible for sending a parcel to the wrong address, please make sure that your address is correct on your order form.
