This agreement governs your contract of sale between you ("The Buyer") and Crimson Pink ("The Seller"). By placing an order to purchase a product and/or a service you agree to submit a legally binding offer to conclude a contract and you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the permission from your parents or a legal guardian to enter into this legal contract.
Crimson Pink is the trading name of Helen Argo, a sole trader. Due to moving house for the next couple of months returns should be sent to a temporary address:
Variations in the Product
All of my products are individually hand-crafted and therefore occasionally they may differ very slightly from the photo and description listed here if I have made a couple of the same design, normally I will photograph the actual shoe clips I have for sale. I have never known of my shoe clips marking or damaging a customer's shoes, however, I do not accept responsibility if some reason they do cause damage.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. As a small-scale sole trader I am not obliged to charge VAT to any customers.
Payment is made by credit or debit card. All payments are handled by Stripe. Crimson Pink does not collect or store your payment details at any point during the transaction.
If you do not have a credit or debit card, I may permit you to pay by cheque or PayPal. Please contact me with details of the products that you would like to order.
Please note, due to Royal Mail restrictions, I cannot accept payment in cash.
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied you have the right to cancel your order. You must email me on email@example.com within two working days of receipt; and return the shoe clips to me within seven days of delivery. You must take reasonable care of the goods, all returned items must be in a resalable condition. I strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
If you cancel within the statutory period you may claim a refund of any sum you have paid for the goods, less any charges I incur if you do not return them at your own cost. In order to receive a refund of the postage and packing you need to have returned all the items ordered. I am sorry I am unable to refund the cost of tracked postage within the UK or the cost of the postage if shoe clips are posted outside the UK.
There is no additional postage and packing cost for exchange orders. I will send you a request for any additional costs should the replacement shoe clips cost more or refund you the difference if they cost less.
I will endeavour to process your returns or exchanges as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 days once you have returned your parcel for the refund to be credited.
I regret that bespoke shoe clips once purchased are unable to be refunded as I have made them personally for you.
