Dotty Spotty Shoe Bows are simple but far from plain. They are made up of spotty navy grosgrain ribbon and will enhance your shoes. Use them to match with a special outfit when you can't find the right coloured shoes or wear them just for fun on flat pumps for a change.  Size of Shoe Bows: 100mm x 90mm.
